Ms. Kavitha Kanna has 12 years practicing law in India and other countries all over the world. The experience of Ms. Kavitha Kanna focuses on finance, M&A and other business law.
The main task of Ms. Kavitha Kanna in SB Law is to attend the international consulting for M&A, finance and banking and other cross-border transactions. Additionally, the task of Ms. Kavitha Kanna is to develop and take care of the Indian Clients of the Company and other Clients from the countries of Commonwealth of Nations. She help training the young Vietnamese Lawyer on English and working skills, consult the leaders on the business strategy to develop the international brand for the Company.
