1. INITIAL ADVICE
Article 15.1 of Decree No. 07/2016/ND-CP stipulates that foreign merchant shall proceed for modification to the License for establishment of representative office the following case:
Address of representative office is changed within a province or city under the central management or within an area under the management of the Management Board.
In addition, Article 17.1 of Decree No. 07/2016/ND-CP also provides that: Within 60 working days since there is a change as stipulated under Article 15 of this Decree, foreign merchant shall proceed procedures of modification of the License for establishment of representative office.
2.SCOPE OF SERVICES

| Preparation of the application documents:
· Notifying required documents and information in accordance with Vietnamese law; · Drafting application documents required for submission purpose in English language; · Finalizing the draft; · Translating the application documents into Vietnamese for execution. |

| Licensing procedures:
· Submitting the application dossier to the licensing authority; · Monitoring and following up with the relevant authorities on the approval process; · Keeping Client updated on the developments and additional requirements, if any; |

| · Obtaining adjusted License for establishment of Rep. Office and delivering to Client. | |
| Post-licensing procedures:
· Making announcement on address change in compliance with applicable law. |

- TIMING:
Within 05 working days from full receipt of necessary document and information provided by Client, SBLaw shall deliver the first draft of application dossier to Client for reviewing;
Within 02 working days from full receipt of signed application dossier provided by Client, SBLaw shall submit application dossier to competent authority;
Within 05 – 10 working days from submission (or supplement, if any), SBLaw shall obtain the adjusted License for establishment of Rep. Office and deliver to Client;
Within 02 working days from obtainment of adjusted License, SBLaw shall make announcement on address change
4. PROFESSIONAL FEE
Professional Fee for performing the services as mentioned in Item 2 above will be as follows:
- Professional fee: 000 USD (One thousand US Dollars);
- 10% VAT: 100 USD (One hundred US Dollars);
- Total estimated professional fee: 100 USD (One thousand and one hundred US Dollars), exclusive of expenses as defined in Annex 1 herein.
