SBLaw would like to provide legal service about reviewing of English Labor Rule (hereinafter referred to as “Client” as follows:

2.Road map of the service shall be as follows:
We shall collect the drafted Internal Labor Rule from Client. We shall study legal matters regarding to the Internal Labor Rule.
In order to clearly undertand your idea or any special instruction regarding to the Internal Labor Rule, we may request a face to face meeting between SBLaw and your Project Manager. Then, based on our understanding about your goal, we shall revise the Internal Labor Rule in line Vietnam Labor Law. We anticipate that it shall take us about 06 working days to complete this.
The first reviewed English Version of Internal Labor Rule shall be delivered to you for your comments. We shall give you anwers, explaination to your questions and finalize the Internal Labor Rule based on your comments. We anticipate that it shall take us about 03 working days to complete this.
Upon approval of the English Version of Internal Labor Rule, we shall translate it from English into Vietnamese.
During the registration of Internal Labor Rule with Department of Labor, Invalid and Social Affair, we shall finalize the Internal Labor Rule in accordance with comments of the Officer (if any).
