Mr. Nguyen Ba Binh

Mr. Nguyen Ba Binh is a co-founder of S&B LAW. He assumes responsibility for the operation of investment projects. At this moment, Mr. Binh is also a lecturer of International Private Law at Hanoi Law University. Possessing processional skills relating to intellectual property right, international adoption, domestic and foreign transactions, Mr. Binh has assisted clients from various countries to easily adapt with the most complicated requirements under Vietnam Law. Furthermore, Mr. Binh is also known for his great contribution to both of domestic and international prestigious magazines.

Main areas of practice: Focuses on intellectual property, international investment, enterprises and international adoption.
