-      Acting for a Foreign Bank to conduct a due diligence research over an office building construction project in Vietnam before loan transaction.

-       Acting for a Local Company being distributor in a residential houses distribution transaction. Total value of the transaction is up to 12,000,000 USD.

-      Acting for a Local Company being investor of a residential houses construction project in Hanoi in legal framework review, legal document preparation, indentifying commercial risks associated with the project.
